This past week we received and opened over 120 boxes of new accessories! Our store is full of beautiful, fun, and original pieces that we are so excited to share with you!

Look at what's new!

Opening up all of our new arrivals has made it feel like Christmas in August around here! And trying to decide what to share with you this week was tough. Where do we start?! How about with our newest upholstered items!

Our all down, top grain Brompton Leather Sofa is handmade in L.A. and gorgeous! Perfect for stretching out or cuddling with your favorite person, the extra deep cushions make this sofa extra comfortable. You must come by and experience it for yourself! And the icing on the cake...it will be part of our September Anniversary Special!

While we're talking comfort, check out the Kingston Sectional, or what we like to call the "Got-to-Have Sectional".  This 8'x10' sofa is made with a cleanable, corduroy-style fabric and has numerous possibilities for configuration. An anonymous customer recently remarked,"You will never want to leave the sectional!" and we couldn't agree more.

Have we mentioned how much we love new deliveries? Especially when they are as beautiful as the newest additions to our floor. Saying Yes To Silk!

One of our best selling items here at the store are our beautiful silk floral arrangements that we get from an exclusive local vendor.  The succulents and orchids are fabulous and often receive double and triple takes when clients hear that they are silk.  Let's be honest, typically when one thinks of silk floral arrangements, visions of variegated ferns or off-colored marigolds pops into the mind.  But the ones we carry here at Chartreuse will make you give silk arrangements a second chance.

So imagine how excited we were to discover that our vendor was now making silk house plants and indoor trees?  Nothing breathes fresh life into the home than a bit of green tastefully placed in a corner of a room.  We were just tickled pink to see what they came up with, and we were not dissappointed!  Have a look for yourself...

We love the different containers that holds each tree, and love that they didn't skimp on the finishing details, like gorgeous moss fillers and pretty pebbles and stones.  Each tree is a little more unique than the next.

Did you know that today is officially the first day of SUMMER?!?  Sure it still may be a bit on the chilly side here in Southern California, but we know that sooner or later, the temps will heat up and there will be plenty of beach days, poolside parties and BBQ's to enjoy.

So imagine our excitement when we opened up freshly delivered boxes last week to discover some amazing items that would be perfect for host/hostess gifts.  Sure, these pieces would be a wonderful little indulgence for your own home or collection, but we believe in spreading the love here at Chartreuse, so may we suggest a few things to take along with you to your next summer bash?  We assure you that if you present your hostess with one of these little pieces, you will secure yourself a spot on the guest list next summer.

First up on the list are these gorgeous little colored lanterns and votive holders.  Made of iridescent glass, they cast a beautiful light when lit and sparkle in the sunlight.  Fill them with citronella tea lights and you have a fabulous alternative to the standard, yet unsightly citronella candle in a can.
